The SingleComm platform allows our agents to securely and conveniently work from home or from the office. During COVID, we were able to quickly migrate our entire workforce to a work from home model without requiring our agents to acquire or install any special software. Further, our supervisors are able to monitor, manage and otherwise ensure that our remote agents are providing the highest quality services to our clients.
